Port Dickson is a pretty beach set only 80kms from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Commonly referred to as PD by local Malays, this beach attracts visitors from all over the country.
The town is home to old shop houses and a nice selection of guest houses and it has successfully turned itself into a highly sought-after tourist destination. It was developed into a port by the British after producing charcoal for many years.
The beach stretches out over 18kms and the property market in Port Dickson is popular with Singaporeans purchasing holiday homes. Melaka and Selangor are fairly close to this attractive area, which makes it all the more convenient.
