Located in the heart of Arkansas, Pine Bluff is one of the largest in the state. Also known as the ‘City of Murals’, it lies near the Arkansas River on the boundary of the West Gulf coastal plain and the flat delta. The city is also known as the ‘Bass capital of the World‘ and hosts numerous fishing tournaments throughout the year.
Boasting a small-town atmosphere with big-city amenities, Pine Bluff’s charming downtown district, plenty of historical attractions and limitless opportunities for outdoor activity make it a popular place for meetings and conventions. Thirteen vibrant murals decorate the building walls in downtown, with images of the city’s history.
Lake Pine Bluff lies just north of downtown and is a great place for fishing and bird watching for waterfowl and egrets. East of the lake is the Pine Bluff-Jefferson County Regional Park, with a campground, the Delta Rivers Nature Center, a wildlife education facility and the public Harbor Oaks Golf Course.
