Located in Khanh Hoa Province between Nha Trang and Quy Nhon in central Vietnam, Dai Lanh Beach is a beautiful spot especially for those who enjoy large, deserted beaches.
Dai Lanh Beach is wide and long and lined with casuarina trees and the best thing about it is that not many people go there. The swimming is good with turquoise water, while the light-colored sand is nice for bathing on.
Other attractions worth seeing at Dai Lanh Beach include a number of huge sand dunes to the south and a hilly peninsular to the north that goes out to sea for miles. It is known as the Dai Lanh Promontory (Mui Dai Lanh), although the French named it Cap Varella.
Also in the area is the village on Hon Gom nestled on a sheltered bay. The fishing villages in Dam Mon and Khai Luong are also worth a look for those with time to spare.
