Located on the west coast of Indonesia’s Palau Batam, Waterfront City is a real haven for those who enjoy water sports and one of the island’s most popular attractions.
Waterfront City offers alternative entertainment for those who want to take a break from lounging around on the beach, shopping and temple hopping. This outdoor water park is extremely popular as it offers a wide range of entertainment options for people of all ages, including families with young children.
Waterfront City only takes 40 people into its cable ski, and those who want to try their hand at water sports such as wakeboarding, knee boarding and disc-skiing should book in advance to ensure admittance. There are also plenty of other activities to take park in at Waterfront City such as fishing, swimming, go-kart racing and football.
The park can get rather crowded at weekends so it is best to arrive during the week if possible. Those who are reluctant to leave the park can spend the night in one of the onsite hotels and get up early in order to be at the head of the queue when the park opens.
