Located in extensive grounds on the northeast fringe of Uttaradit, this temple’s only claim to fame is that it is where two door panels from Wat Phra Fang, an ancient temple about 20km east of town, are now stored.

The panels are reputed to be beautifully carved and therefore a precious heritage, but unfortunately the main buildings are often locked, so it’s not always possible to view them.

Nevertheless, the shady grounds are quiet and peaceful, and there are a few traditionally designed buildings behind the worshipping halls.
