Pulau Tomken (Tomken Island) is one of the islands of the Togean archipelago in Central Sulawesi. It is known for its superb diving and is less visited than many of the others.

The Togean Islands are among the best dive and snorkel locations in Indonesia and, although bit tough to get to, are pretty laid back and well priced. Pulau Tomken is one of the quieter and less visited ones. It lies next to Togean Island, just across from Katupat village there, and is slightly larger than Boliangga Island.

The waters are shallow at the shoreline and are great for snorkeling. An abundance of soft and hard corals are in evidence, along with hundreds of types of exotic fish. Divers can expect to see green turtles and even dugongs if they are lucky.

There is an excellent viewpoint on a short trail on Pulau Tomken and also the opportunity to kayak the island’s shores.
