Adventure sports are popular in this area and many people travel here to try their hand at rock climbing and kayaking. A great way to explore the Panay South Coast is to hire a motorbike or bicycle and ride away at your leisure, taking the time to meander down all the little roads and side paths that you discover along the way.
Accommodation comes in all shapes and sizes along the Panay South Coast. Although there are some fantastic luxury villas and resorts offering ocean views, there are still plenty of budget options to be found further away from the shore.
Among the top attractions along Panay South Coast is the Fort San Pedro Area and Rotary Park. Located near the pier, the fort provides those who climb to the top spectacular views. Just 11kms south of Iloilo, Oton is a 16th century church which was built in honor of the Virgin Mary.
