The warm and friendly town of Looc is set around a large bay on Tablas Island in the Romblon archipelago that has rich fishing grounds.
Looc Bay is one of the busiest trading spaces on the island and you can watch the locals trading and going about their busy lives from this area. It is pretty popular with tourists mainly thanks to its diverse landscape and ability to remain untarnished by interested visitors.
The local people are welcoming and the land is often hilly, with most of the streets angled at slants with gentle slopes throughout. The seascape is some of the best you will find anywhere in the Philippines and there is a marine program in place to protect the seas from over fishing and pollution.
