Ban Khiet Ngong is a laid back village in Champasak Province of southern Laos; an area of outstanding natural beauty and several ethnic groups with traditional ways.
Ban Khiet Ngong is ideal for eco-friendly types and has a developing tourist infrastructure which is not overbearing. There is also little sign of the contrived hawking and touting which goes on in most tourist areas of Laos. Elephant riding is the big attraction in Ban Khiet Ngong.
