Nogas Island is a picturesque, uninhabited marine reserve surrounded by white sandy beaches. For those with a strong sense of adventure and imagination, this could be the piece of paradise they’ve been searching for.

Just across the water from Nogas Island, the mainland town of Aniniy is also particularly attractive as it is surrounded by natural beauty spots such as hot springs, mountains and mangrove forest. This is the perfect place for trekking and there are plenty of places to cool down after a long a sweating trek through the forest.

There are countless boatmen on hand to take tourists across the water from Aniniy and once you arrive, you can stroll along the powdery white sand to the lighthouse and enjoy the spectacularly vibrant sunset at the end of the day before heading back across the water to dine in one of the town’s fresh fish restaurants.

The water around Nogas Island is popular with scuba divers and snorkelers as it is full of colorful coral and fish. It is possible to hire equipment in Aniniy, where there are also plenty of places to spend the night.
